RizzAi ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information: When you sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple-provided user identifier and, if you choose, your email address. We do not receive or store your Apple ID password.
Usage Data: We track the number of reply generations used for subscription management purposes.
Conversation Data: Screenshots or text you submit are processed in real-time by our AI service to generate replies. See Section 4 for details on how this data is shared and processed.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To authenticate your account via Apple Sign In
- To manage your subscription status and usage limits
- To generate AI-powered reply suggestions by sending your data to a third-party AI service (see Section 4)
- To provide customer support
3. Data Retention
Account data is retained as long as your account is active. Conversation screenshots and text inputs are processed in real-time and are not stored on our servers or by the third-party AI service after reply generation is complete. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed from our systems.
4. Third-Party AI Data Sharing
⚠️ Important: How Your Data Is Shared with Google Gemini AI
To generate reply suggestions, RizzAi sends the following personal data to Google Gemini AI (provided by Google LLC) for processing:
What data is sent:
- Screenshots you upload: Images of conversations are sent to Google Gemini AI so it can read and analyze the conversation content.
- Text you paste: Any message text you type or paste into the app is sent to Google Gemini AI for analysis.
- Conversation context: If you select a previous conversation for context, that conversation history is also sent to help generate more relevant replies.
Who receives the data:
- Google LLC — via their Gemini AI API. Google processes this data to analyze the conversation and generate reply suggestions. Google's handling of this data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Gemini API Terms of Service.
How your data is protected:
- Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS/SSL)
- Data is processed in real-time and is not stored by RizzAi or Google after processing
- We do not use your data to train AI models
- Google's Gemini API does not use API-submitted data for model training
Your consent:
Before any data is sent to Google Gemini AI, the app will ask for your explicit permission. You can choose not to consent, but the app's reply generation feature requires this data sharing to function. You may revoke your consent at any time by deleting the app or contacting us.
5. Other Third-Party Services
In addition to Google Gemini AI, we use the following third-party services:
- Apple Sign In: For authentication. Apple's privacy policy applies to authentication data.
- RevenueCat: For subscription management. RevenueCat receives your anonymous user identifier and purchase data. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
Each third-party service provides the same or equivalent level of data protection as described in this policy.
6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS/SSL), secure token-based authentication, and minimal data collection practices.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Decline consent for AI data processing (the reply generation feature will not be available)
- Revoke consent at any time
To exercise these rights, you can delete your account directly from the app's Settings screen, or contact us at privacy@rizzai.it.com.
8. Children's Privacy
RizzAi is not directed at children under the age of 17. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy within the app or on our website.
