Terms of Service

Welcome to RizzAi. By downloading, installing, or using the RizzAi mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years old to use RizzAi. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
2. Account Registration
You may sign in using Apple Sign In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to not create accounts for fraudulent purposes.
3. Use of the Service
RizzAi provides AI-generated reply suggestions for personal conversations. You agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes
- Not use generated replies for harassment, threats, or any abusive communication
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the App's systems
- Not create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits
4. Free and Premium Tiers
Free Tier: New accounts receive a limited number of free reply generations. Once exhausted, a Premium subscription is required for continued use.
Premium Subscription: Premium is available as a monthly subscription at $9.99/month (USD). Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.
5. Subscription Management
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings
- No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and technology within RizzAi are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may use AI-generated replies for personal communication but may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize the App's technology or outputs.
7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Replies generated by RizzAi are AI-produced suggestions. We do not guarantee that generated replies will achieve any particular outcome. You are solely responsible for any messages you choose to send. RizzAi is not liable for any consequences resulting from the use of generated replies.
8. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from the App's Settings screen. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed from our systems. If you re-register after deletion, free usage benefits will not be reinstated.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RizzAi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
